Privacy Policy

Effective date: 12/04/2025

Lev Uvois (“Lev Uvois,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a special education school serving boys with individualized learning needs. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect information when you choose to receive text messages (“SMS messages”) from us in the United States.

This policy is specific to our SMS communications and is intended to follow messaging best practices and applicable law.

1. What we use SMS for

Our SMS messages are informational and transactional only. We may text you about:

  • Appointment reminders, confirmations, or scheduling changes

  • Program updates and school notifications

  • Other important, non-marketing information related to your child’s education or services at Lev Uvois

We do not send advertising or promotional text messages.

You may receive up to 4 messages per week per child. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

2. What information we collect

If you opt in to SMS, we may associate your mobile number with:

  • Student ID or internal client ID

  • Parent/guardian name, email address, and mailing address

  • SMS message details (date/time, delivery status, and your responses)

This information is stored securely in our systems and in systems operated on our behalf by service providers such as Twilio and Microsoft.

3. How you opt in

Participation in SMS is optional and is not required to receive services from Lev Uvois.

We obtain SMS consent through electronic or paper forms during enrollment or registration. Consent language includes:

By signing below, I give permission for Lev Uvois to communicate with me via text messages, phone, and/or email using the contact information I provide.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and schedule updates

  • Important school notifications and office closures

  • Program information and progress updates

This consent applies to the email and phone number I provide now and any future updates unless I specifically withdraw consent.

Recommended practice: Use a secure personal email address that is not shared, and keep login information confidential.

SMS message frequency may vary but will not exceed 3–5 messages per day under normal circumstances. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.

SMS Sharing Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How to opt out or get help

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:
